Even though he was in exile, Tembuland Chief Kaiser Matanzima ordered Mr Ntwana and his family to be banished from Calanga district to St Mark’s district, Transkei, in January 1961. The order also authorised the demolition of his home, which was done.References
NTWANA, EugeniaWas detained and released on bail by members of the SAP in Cala, Transkei, in 1960, allegedly because of her husband’s ANC political activities. After she had been released she left the country with her children to join her husband in exile in Lesotho.References
