Was injured when a limpet mine, planted by an MK operative from the ‘Dolphin Unit’, exploded at the offices of the Department of Internal Affairs in Harrison Street, Johannesburg, on 3 September 1984. Two MK operatives were granted amnesty (AC/2001/003).
