Was shot in the leg and arm by members of the South African Police on 12 September 1990 in Katlehong, Transvaal. Mr. Seeiso is paralysed as a result of the shooting which occurred during growing tension between IFP and ANC supporters. Police were accused of being partial and failing to protect the community against indiscriminate attacks.
