An ANC supporter who was sexually assaulted on 8 November 1992 in the Civic Centre cells at Phokeng, Bophuthatswana, by members of the Bophuthatswana Police, one of whom is named. The incident occurred during protests by the Bafokeng people against the Bophuthatswana government.
