An ANC supporter who was beaten, kicked and burnt with cigarettes during detention in police stations in Naboomspruit and Warmbaths, Tvl, in 1992. Mr Sephesy was also denied food for three days. He was arrested because he had been trying to reconnect electricity and water supplies with other community members.
