An ANC supporter who was shot dead by Inkatha supporters in Jolivet, near Port Shepstone, Natal, on 6 March 1990, after attending an ANC meeting in defiance of the local chief’s instructions. His uncle was killed by Inkatha supporters four days later, after attending Xolani’s funeral, and the family home was destroyed in an arson attack by Inkatha supporters the following day.
