Was assaulted, stabbed and shot dead by IFP supporters in Ntuzuma, near Durban, who stopped the car in which he was travelling home with his father and brother on 22 December 1993. His father also died in the attack. His brother was placed into the car boot by the attackers, but managed to escape.
