DECISION
It has come to the Committee's attention that the principal decision in this matter dated 14 November 2000, omitted to include the following offences in the list of offences in respect of which the Applicant, Josias Seemise, applied for amnesty:
1. The conspiracy to murder leaders of the African National Congress ("ANC") in Ermelo during or about 1989 and 1992;
2. Unlawful possession of unlicensed firearms and ammunition and handgrenades at or near Ermelo during or about 1990, 1991 and 1992;
3. Any offence relating to the unlawful possession of firearms, ammunition and explosives disclosed by the evidence.
The Applicant is hereby also GRANTED amnesty for all of the above offences.
