a state-sponsored vigilante youth organisation in the OFS, opposed to the UDF and ANC

Was stabbed to death by an ANC member in Postmasburg, Cape, on 30 May 1992. Mr Moncho was allegedly targeted because he was believed to be a member of the Eagles club. The ANC member was granted amnesty (AC/1999/0311).
