A passing motorist who was shot, killed and robbed of his vehicle by MK operatives in Krugersdorp, Transvaal, on 27 September 1991. The MK operatives were escaping arrest after being stopped at a roadblock by traffic officers. Several traffic officers were injured. Three MK operatives were granted amnesty for the incident (AC/1998/0091).
