An IFP supporter who had his home burnt down by ANC supporters on 12 February 1994 in Ndwedwe, KwaZulu, near Durban, during the run-up to the April 1994 elections. At least twenty eight incidents of house burning were recorded that month. Hundreds of people were forced to flee the area, and schools and shops were forced to close.
