Description
A caretaker who was injured in a limpet mine attack at the Wild Coast Casino in Bizana, Transkei, on 18 April 1986. Two people were killed and several were injured. Mr Dlamini later died of his injuries. Three MK operatives applied for and were granted amnesty for the attack (AC/1999/0181 and AC/2000/240).
