Description
A domestic worker on a farm outside Paarl, Cape, who was shot dead on 15 April 1986 during an armed robbery of the farmhouse by a small group of UDF supporters who sought to acquire weapons. A gardener was also shot dead in the attack. Three UDF supporters applied for amnesty for the killings and the robbery. Two applicants were granted amnesty for both acts. The applicant who had performed the shootings was refused amnesty for the killings and granted amnesty for the robbery (AC/1997/0038).
