An ANC andSACP member who was tortured at Bethlehem, Orange Free State (OFS), by Port Natal Security Branch members during interrogation on 13 July 1990 in connection with the ANC's Operation Vula. Four Security Branch operatives were granted amnesty (AC/2000/120).
