Description An ANC supporter who was shot and severely injured, allegedly by members of the SAP, in Katlehong, Transvaal, on 10 January 1994 during political conflict in the area during the run-up to the April 1994 elections. One of Mr Hlatshwayo’s brothers was shot dead and the other was injured in this incident.
