An alleged ANC supporter who was abducted, severely beaten, interrogated, shot and killed by members of the SAP at Elandskop, Richmond, Natal, on 24 February 1991. Two members of the SAP Riot Unit and a Special Constable, all of whom were convicted for the killing, were refused amnesty (AC/1997/0048).
