A PAC supporter who was arrested in 1968 under the Terrorism Act and detained for one hundred and eighty days without trial at Silverton police station, Pretoria. On 4 February 1969 he died as a result of torture by named members of the Security Police who claimed that Mr Kgoathe had slipped on a bar of soap.
