An ANC supporter who was shot dead by a named member of the SAP in Vosloorus, Transvaal, on 6 August 1993 when he mistook a toy gun Mr Kodisang was carrying for a real weapon and opened fire on him. An inquest was held but no one was found responsible for Mr Kodisang’s death.
