An MK operative who disappeared from Ipelegeng, Schweizer-Reneke, Transvaal, on 1 July 1984. At the time he was believed to have been with his uncle. However, it was later alleged that Mr Lentsela was one of four MK operatives killed in Warrington during a struggle with the police.
