Description A SAYCO member who was severely beaten by members of the Ciskei Police on 16 June 1986 in Mdantsane, Ciskei. He was forced to divulge information about the people who had killed two policemen. He was then charged with public violence, convicted and sentenced to two years’ imprisonment.
