An ANC supporter who was shot and killed by a group of IFP supporters at Ndlovu’s Kraal, Mpumalanga, KwaZulu, near Durban, on 7 March 1992, allegedly because the perpetrators suspected Mr Luthuli of plotting an attack on IFP supporters. Eight people died and five were injured in the attack. One perpetrator serving a prison sentence was refused amnesty (AC/1998/0010).
