See City Rocks shooting. | References | MBIZANA, Justice Mfulathelwa (aka 'Mandla') | | An MK operative who was abducted by members of the Northern Transvaal Security Branch in September 1986 and taken to a farm in the Hammanskraal area, Transvaal. He was severely tortured and, after several days, taken to a spot near Phokeng, Bophuthatswana, where he was killed. His body was blown up using a landmine, to make it appear that he had blown himself up while laying the mine. Ten Northern Transvaal Security Branch operatives, including the divisional commander, applied for amnesty.
