Description An ANC member and trade unionist who was shot and killed by members of the SAP in Diepkloof, Soweto, Johannesburg, on 13 October 1991 after police claimed he fired at them. A number of witnesses claimed Mr Mabaxa was shot when trying to surrender to the police.
