Description A UDF supporter who was stabbed and severely injured by Inkatha supporters in Imbali, Pietermaritzburg, on 1 January 1987. His cousin, who was with him at the time, was mistaken for Mr Mabhida`s exiled brother and was killed in the attack. The family was constantly harassed by the Special Branch after Mr Mabhida`s brother went into exile in 1985.
