An Anglican church warden and youth activist who was detained on 27 June 1977 in Kimberley, Cape. On 7 July he fell to his death from the sixth floor of the Kimberley police station. The Commission found that his death was a direct or indirect result of probable torture by Security Police in Kimberley.
