Description Was beaten by four named members of the SADF at the Waterval Camp, Siyabuswa, KwaNdebele on 10 June 1986. He died later in hospital. The inquest found the soldiers criminally liable for his death, but they were only found guilty of assault and fined between R300 and R600.
