Description
A UDF supporter who was arrested by police in Mbekweni, Paarl, Cape, on 24 June 1986, after which he was severely beaten and tortured by named and other members of the police. He was charged with the attempted murder of an alleged police informer, but was acquitted and successfully sued the police.
