Description
Was injured when his home was bombed by a covert unit of the Northern Transvaal Security Branch in Atteridgeville, Pretoria, on 5 June 1986. His mother died in the explosion and other family members were injured. Two Northern Transvaal Security Branch operatives and a member of a SAP Special Investigation Unit were granted amnesty for the incident (AC/2001/027).
