A member of SAYCO and the Khutsong Youth Congress who was dragged from his home and stabbed to death at a taxi rank in Khuma, Stilfontein, Transvaal, on 31 October 1990. One ANCYL/ SAYCO member was granted amnesty. Although convicted, two others denied involvement in the killing and were refused amnesty (AC/1997/0002, AC/1997/0003 and AC/97/0005).
