An MK operative who was shot dead in Johannesburg, in September 1988. His mother claims that police came to her home in Paarl, Cape, and asked her to identify a photograph of her son who she was then informed was dead. The ANC confirmed that Mr Mbenenge was an MK operative but do not know the circumstances of his death.
