Description
An ANC member who was repeatedly detained, interrogated and assaulted with sjamboks by members of the Transkei Police and SAP, at his home and at the Norwood police station in Umtata, Transkei, during the 1980s. He was interrogated about ANC pamphlets in his possession for which he was charged, convicted and sentenced. He was released in 1988.
