Was shot dead by members of the `Zim-zims` in Khutsong, Transvaal, on 2 February 1991, allegedly because of his association with the `Gadaffis`. The ANC-aligned Khutsong Youth Congress had split into two rival factions, the `Zim-zims` and the `Gaddaffis`. At least seventeen people were killed in Khutsong between 1989 and 1991 before a peace pact took effect in May 1991.
