An ANC supporter who was shot dead by Inkatha supporters and members of the SAP on 31 March 1990 while walking with friends in Mpophomeni, KwaZulu, near Howick, Natal, during political conflict. The occupants of a police vehicle opened fire at them, killing him and seriously injuring his friend.
