Was severely burnt as a result of an attack at a military base in Katlehong, Tvl, where Mr Molapisane worked as a security guard on 22 December 1992. The attackers were allegedly his co-workers. Mr Molapisane died of his injuries on 31 December 1992. The incident occurred during intense political conflict in the area.
