Was assaulted and forced to perform sexual acts by members of the Bophutha-tswana Police on 12 May 1989 in Zeerust, Tvl, while being interrogated about the killing of a soldier. Ms Motsamai was three months pregnant at the time and miscarried as a result of the beating.
