Description Was shot and injured by members of an APLA `repossession unit` who were fleeing from the scene of an armed robbery in Randfontein, Tvl, on 16 April 1994. See APLA attacks. Two APLA operatives were granted amnesty for this shooting (AC/2001/102 and AC/1998/119).
