Was shot dead by an MK operative and an ANC member in Mankwanyaneni Reserve, KwaZulu, near Empangeni, Natal, on 3 May 1994. One other person was injured in the attack. The attackers had allegedly been given a hit list by a local ANC leader during political conflict between the IFP and the ANC. One MK operative and one ANC member were granted amnesty (AC/2000/004).
