Description An MK operative who was shot and blown up with explosives by named perpetrators in Phoenix, Durban, on 18 November 1988, after the MK unit he belonged to had been infiltrated by askaris. When he and his friends refused to co-operate during an interrogation on the evening of 17 November 1988, they were taken to the railway line in Phoenix, where they were shot and blown up with explosives.
