Description
An ANC supporter who was detained on 19 September 1986, and assaulted and subjected to electric shocks and other forms of torture at Louis le Grange police station and later St Alban`s prison in Port Elizabeth. The perpetrators included a named member of the Special Branch. He was later arrested and tortured while trying to leave the country.
