On 8 September 1992, he was arrested and tortured in Middledrift, Ciskei, by members of the Ciskei Police who wanted information about the Bisho march. | References | | NGCUKA, Mbuyiseli Bethuel | | Was shot dead by members of the SAP in Daveyton, Tvl, on 24 March 1991 at a meeting of residents who feared an attack by IFP supporters. The Basotho security forces claimed they had mistaken the APLA unit for LLA members.
