Description A clergyman, former head of the banned Christian Institute, and long-standing opponent of apartheid who suffered continuous harrassment and intimidation by members of the Witwatersrand Security Branch from April 1977 through to December 1989. Two Witwatersrand Security Branch operatives were granted amnesty (AC/2001/005 and AC/2001/184).
