Was abducted, assaulted and killed after boarding a taxi in Katlehong, Transvaal, on 23 December 1993. Ms Ncala was abducted to the Kwesine hostel with her daughter and niece. At the hostel, they were forced to strip and were then taken to a house and assaulted. They were forced to drink petrol before being doused with it and shot. Ms Ncala’s daughter was the only survivor of the attack.
