An MK operative who was shot dead by Security Police at Klipspruit, Soweto, Johannesburg, on 29 July 1989. The bodies of Mr Nceba and two others were then set alight. Members of the Soweto Security Branch had infiltrated an alleged MK unit and provided the members with arms and training before killing them. Eight Soweto Security Branch operatives were granted amnesty for the operation (AC/2001/007).
