Description Was seriously burnt near Crossroads, Cape Town, on 28 April 1986, and died a week later. He and a colleague, both employees of an electrical firm, were driving back to their office when their vehicle was stoned and petrol-bombed by protesting youths. His colleague also died in the attack.
