Was detained in Robertson, Cape, in late 1985, and charged with public violence. He was released after three months in custody. Mr Nentsa was hit on the head with an axe and injured by a named vigilante in June 1986. He was then arrested on 19 June 1986, severely tortured by named Security Policemen, and detained for several months under emergency regulations. See police brutality.
