See Queenstown shootings. | References | NGCANA, Ntombizodwa Victoria | 29 | An ANC supporter who was abducted from a house in Brandfort, Orange Free State (OFS), on 12 July 1990 by masked men identified by a witness as ‘comrades’. She was later found burnt to death in a house in Brandfort. It was alleged that she had evidence pertaining to the killing of her boyfriend by the same perpetrators. | References | NGCANA, Xolile Edward | 17 | An ANC supporter who was abducted from his grandmother’s home, which was set alight by named ANC youth members, in Brandfort , Orange Free State (OFS), on 16 July 1990. She and her family fled and hid in nearby bushes. They saw the perpetrators empty their house of all valuables and then set it alight. | References | NGCOBO, Adelaide Duduzile | 57 | An ANC supporter who had her house in Umlazi, Durban, burnt down by named members of the KwaZulu Police on 22 September 1991 in an attack allegedly directed against her son. Three family members were severely injured in the attack. One died a few days later from smoke inhalation. The family was forced to flee the area. | References |
