An IFP supporter who was shot dead and his body was burnt by named fellow IFP supporters in Sweetwaters, KwaZulu, near Pietermaritzburg, on 20 April 1991. Mr Ngcobo was allegedly targeted because his nieces were ANC supporters and he was thought to be weakening in his loyalty to the IFP.
