An ANC supporter who was shot in the shoulder by members of the Ciskei Defence Force (CDF) at Tolofiyeni, Zwelitsha, Ciskei, on 10 September 1992, three days after the Bisho massacre. Mr Ngevayo was accused of inciting youths to burn down government properties in retaliation for the shooting of people at Bisho.
