Was killed when a bomb, planted by AWB members, exploded at a taxi rank on the corner of Odendaal and Victoria Streets in Germiston, Tvl, on the 25 April 1994. Ten persons were killed and nine were injured in the blast. See right-wing attacks. Four perpetrators were granted amnesty (AC/1999/0342).
