Description
An ANC supporter who was abducted, interrogated, and then necklaced to death by a group of ANC supporters at Mangwani, Cape, during 1990. Mr Nondumo was suspected of associating with a askari and engaging in other anti-ANC activities. The Chairperson of the local Youth Congress was granted amnesty for his role in the kidnapping (AC/2001/098).
